- Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rut Spence’s merch store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
